- Min loan – £1 million
- Max loan – £10 million
- Max term – 10 years
- Min net interest ratio cover test – 1.25x
- Product fee – 1.5%
We look at a broad range of residential property types, including:
- Large, complex portfolios (15 units or more)
- Mixed use portfolios (up to 25% commercial assets)
- Multi-unit blocks
- Houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs) up to six bedrooms
