We value your feedback, please tell us how we can help. Chester Royal is committed to providing the best possible service to our customers. If you don’t feel like we’ve done that, or could do something better, please let us know. On this page you can find details of our customer complaints procedure, including how long it will take us to respond to your complaint. We always aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Follow the guidelines below to help us, help you.

We endeavour to resolve all complaints quickly and to your satisfaction. However, in the rare instance where we’re unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, you can refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Please note, the Financial Ombudsman Service can only assist in cases involving regulated products.

All complaints are recorded and provide us with valuable feedback which helps us improve our service.
